A permanent outdoor lighting installer mounts architectural LED track, routes low-voltage wiring, installs controls and power components, tests the system, and leaves the finished installation clean, aligned, secure, and professional.
Roofing, gutters, siding, soffit/fascia, solar, electrical helper work, low voltage, window cleaning, exterior remodeling, construction, and professional Christmas-lighting experience transfer especially well into permanent lighting.
Permanent-lighting experience is a plus, but Holiday Prestige values mechanical aptitude, field judgment, careful measuring, tool skills, ladder confidence, and finish quality just as much.

Permanent lighting can become a specialized, year-round trade for the right installer.
Permanent lighting becomes part of the building, so alignment, wire management, fastening, finish quality, and problem-solving matter on every project.
A fast installer who leaves crooked track, visible wiring, damaged surfaces, or unresolved system problems is not a strong installer. Holiday Prestige wants technicians who can work efficiently without sacrificing the finished result.
Permanent lighting can lead from trainee-level installation to senior installer, crew leader, traveling crew leader, installation supervisor, and future market-management opportunities as Holiday Prestige adds crews and expands into new areas.
A growing company can create advancement opportunities faster than a company that has already decided exactly how many crews, territories, and managers it will ever need.
Holiday Prestige was founded in 2018 and remains hands-on and owner-led. The company has acquired two businesses over the past several years, is expanding its local service capacity, and plans to pursue additional opportunities in Chicagoland and outside Illinois as the right opportunities become available.
That growth can create hard-to-reach opportunities for employees who prove they are dependable, capable, coachable, and ready for more responsibility — from crew leadership and specialized installation to sales leadership, traveling teams, operations, and future market roles.
Holiday Prestige hires for attitude, reliability, safety, professionalism, and the willingness to learn. Skill matters, but the best long-term employees are people others can count on.
Most strong tradespeople want a boss who understands the work, communicates clearly, pays attention to what happens in the field, expects high standards, and treats good employees with respect.
Holiday Prestige founder Phillip Herrejon comes from a blue-collar, hands-on operating background and remains involved in the business day to day. His management philosophy is straightforward: stay humble, work hard, take care of the people who take care of the company, and build relationships that can last beyond a single season or project.
Holiday Prestige is not trying to create a culture where employees are anonymous numbers. The goal is to build strong crews and long-term working relationships, while still holding everyone — including leadership — accountable for doing the job correctly.
No. Holiday Prestige will train strong candidates who already show mechanical aptitude, ladder confidence, tool skills, reliability, and the ability to learn exterior installation systems.
Roofing, gutters, siding, soffit/fascia, solar, low voltage, electrical helper work, exterior construction, remodeling, window cleaning, and professional Christmas lighting are especially relevant.
