What’s included in a typical install?
Design plan, commercial-grade LED fixtures, transformer, photo-timer/app control (per package), professional trenching/wiring, night-aiming, and a post-install check.
How many fixtures do I need?
Small walks/beds: ~8–12. Medium front + a couple trees: ~16–22. Large properties/architectural wash: 30+.
Will it create glare or light trespass?
We use beam control and shielding to highlight features while keeping light out of windows and off neighbors.
What about power and control?
Low-voltage system with a dedicated transformer; control via photo-timer or smart/app upgrades (Prestige includes smart control).
Do LEDs handle Chicago winters?
Yes—fixtures and connections are rated for outdoor winters; we use sealed, professional connections and multi-tap voltage balancing.
Can I expand later?
Absolutely. Signature and Prestige include capacity planning for future zones; we can add fixtures or scenes later.
How long does installation take?
Most projects: half-day to one day; large/complex estates: 1–2 days (night-aiming the same evening).
Maintenance required?
Minimal. We include in-season adjustments per package; annual clean & re-aim is recommended (available as an add-on).
Do you handle hardscape crossings?
Yes. We plan neat conduit runs under walks/drive entries (priced as an add-on if trenching/conduit runs are extensive).
Warranty?
Manufacturer LED fixture warranties plus our workmanship warranty; extended maintenance plans available.
