We specialize in weddings, corporate galas, fundraisers, private parties, and milestone celebrations. Our lighting is customized for both indoor and outdoor venues.
Can you match our wedding colors or theme?
Yes. We use color-matched uplighting, LED fixtures, and projection to coordinate with your flowers, linens, and overall design palette.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months before your event. Prime wedding dates (spring and fall weekends) sell out quickly.
Do you provide on-site technicians during the event?
Our Prestige package includes a lighting tech on-site for the entire event. For Essentials and Signature, we install, aim, and secure everything, and can add a tech if requested.
What happens if the venue has limited power?
We assess power needs during consultation and provide generators or power distribution upgrades when required.
Is setup disruptive to other vendors or the venue?
No. We coordinate directly with your venue and planner to schedule non-disruptive installs, often completed in the morning or day before.
Can you do outdoor weddings and tented receptions?
Yes. We specialize in string light canopies, tent perimeter lighting, and outdoor pathway illumination, ensuring your event space is both safe and stunning.
Do you offer same-night removal?
Yes. We can teardown after midnight for an additional fee, which many venues require for overnight resets.
How do you price wedding lighting?
Pricing depends on event size, number of fixtures, specialty décor, and duration. Packages start around $1,380, with luxury events exceeding $10,000 for large installations.
Are you insured and venue-approved?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and we provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) as required by venues and planners.
