Because our crews are local, we offer same-day or next-day maintenance in our primary service areas. Burned-out bulbs, loose strands, or timer issues are typically resolved within 24 hours during the holiday season.

Most residential displays are installed in 2–4 hours, depending on home size and design complexity. Larger or commercial projects may require one evening or overnight installation, scheduled to avoid disruption.

For best availability, we recommend booking by October 15th. Customers who book by November 15th are guaranteed a December installation, even during peak season.

No additional fees apply within our core service cities and ZIP codes. Extended service areas may have modest travel charges, which we always disclose during your free consultation.

Removals are scheduled in January and typically take 1–3 hours for residential homes. Commercial properties and larger displays may take slightly longer, but all removals are handled by our team for safety and efficiency.

Our team is familiar with HOA guidelines across the suburbs we serve. We’ll design your display to meet community standards and, when needed, help coordinate approvals with HOAs or property managers.

We monitor weather forecasts daily and adjust schedules to ensure safe, timely service. Light rain rarely stops us, but ice, snow, or high winds may require a short delay. Customers are always notified in advance.
