Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the commercial packages?
Professional design/consultation, branded color palette, installation with commercial-grade LEDs and hardware, mid-season maintenance, and January takedown. Wreaths/net- lights/pole wraps are included where stated; garland and tree wraps are not included and can be added as optional upgrades.
How is pricing determined?
Scope (linear footage, number of zones), building height and access (lifts), operating hours (after-hours/overnight), power availability, and any property-management or permit requirements. Final proposals clearly itemize base package plus add-ons.
When should we book, and when do installs happen?
Most commercial clients reserve in September–October. We prioritize pre-Thanksgiving installs and coordinate windows that minimize disruption (including overnight where appropriate).
Do you work after hours or overnight?
Yes. We can schedule after-hours/overnight installs to avoid customer traffic. Traffic cones/barricades and a site safety plan are provided as needed (additional fees may apply). For more information, Call us or Book an appointment.
What power do we need?
Standard exterior outlets are typically sufficient; we plan safe, tidy runs and include timers/photocells as specified. If distribution is limited, we can quote power drops as an add-on.
How fast is in-season maintenance?
Commercial clients receive priority maintenance windows to keep displays looking sharp throughout the season. We’ll align response expectations with your operating hours and property rules.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We’re fully insured and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your property manager or ownership entity as required.
Can you match brand colors or do special effects?
Absolutely. We can use branded color palettes and, if desired, add RGB/animated zones as an optional upgrade (power permitting) for promotional events and special dates.
What about permits, lifts, and access requirements?
We coordinate with property management on access windows, lift needs, staging areas, and any signage or permit requirements. Lift charges beyond base scope are quoted as add-ons.
Do you store décor in the off-season?
Yes—off-season storage can be provided as an add-on if you prefer a turnkey program. Otherwise, we’ll label and hand off décor at takedown.
